These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between bgdb33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and you, the registered player ("Player", "you", "your"). • Delays in withdrawal processing caused by the Player's own payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or by compliance-related holds initiated under KYC obligations.

bgdb33 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that any particular game outcome is guaranteed.
